Pre-historic Creeper

They live deeper down in deep oceans biomes and silently chase their target, only to explode and damage nearby targets, just like a creeper. It's the Creeper's great great great ......... grandparent.

Killing it would give gunpowder, and in rare cases some special powder, which can be used in combination with tnt in order to create a TNT that is able to explode blocks under water.

(They would probably look like some pre-historic "Minecraft interpretation of a fish" combined with a creeper)

That would be a great way to add in the Underwater TNT into other editions from the Education Edition! There's also a post saying that Creepers should turn into torpedoes if in the water too long.
