Syringes

There hasn't been a large potions update recently. What players need is a re-usable tool that can be filled with a potion to hit mobs or other players with. Instead of dealing damage, it would give them the effect. Crafting would be 6 glass in the first two crafting table columns, with one iron ingot in the centre of the third.
