Community Workshop Bedrock Edition

I'm specifying Bedrock Edition because Java has plenty of fan sites that already do this. Similar to how the steam workshop works, you could have a tab on the main menu that brings you to a page dedicated to player created content. Users could upload/download minecraft worlds, skins, resource packs, and add-ons/datapacks. There could be a tab for each section, a "currently popular" window, and a search bar with filters.
