Silentwisperer im a fan, ty for commenting, but hooking the logs on discord or something is just optional, it isnt really needed

Bedrock really could use some realm logs, you can't even tell when somebody logged into the realm or not. I'm paying for a realm and I can't even monitor player activity....

That wouldn't be too hard to implement I imagine, but one reason I would think that isn't already available is because of the special realms plugin on the server.

Please add this! I have a realm with some friends and we never know which operator has abused their permissions or whatnot. This would be super helpful and would make me way more likely to renew my subscription!

I was just about to suggest the same thing lol. I have my own Realm and sometimes we get griefers because I let my players invite friends when they want. I've had to stop letting them and had to make a new link because all our pets were killed. I hope they add this feature to realms.

I hate how hard it is for good ideas like this to gain traction, specifically because of how it only affects a small demographic of players; realm owners.
Mojang should give a little consideration to ideas like this before going ahead and spewing out more cheap marketplace content for what they call "Realms plus"... Because it's ridiculous how we pay for realms which we ourselves can't even monitor.

One 100 percent O AGREE because this could help to see who has been on or what they have been doing and can help to find hackers gerifing and other things

I ran a realm for about 2 years sand I tell you this is a well needed addition. So many times hackers and griefers have destroyed the world or corrupted parts of my realm. I literally stopped hosting my realm because of the lack of this mentioned logging system. On xbox there is the realm club, not sure about the other systems, but this log could be used by any player with the correct permissions so when there is a problem the selected staff can take care of it with ease. No more kicking an banning on mere speculations. It would be very useful knowing when, where and who placed things like tnt, lava, and other such greifing tools and in addition things like a players opening chest, barrals, etc to detect theft. Not to mention if a player is using a hacked client and causing chaos. This is a neccesity if im going pay for the new realms plus. The owners need to be able to protect their investments.

would be extremely useful, could be an admin feature under the feed section, would be great to see all chat history including people joining and leaving, named mobs dying etc

This is a good idea! Some animals have been mysteriously disappearing overnight on our Realm lately, so a death message log would be handy ;-)

Please give us logs! It’s incredibly frustrating never knowing who has logged on and when! Playing in a realm and making new friends is so much fun, but that fun is being ruined by terrorists!
If I could know WHO signed into my realm and WHEN it would be so much easier to catch thieves and know who is making trouble.
Even access to all chat logs for realm owners would be amazing!
    Please do this!

Yes. How is a player log not included with realms? I am paying for a private server. How can I not see who is playing on it and when? This should be a basic, bare minimum server feature. Get on it.

I’m new to realms and am hosting it for my kids to play on. They’re having issues with stuff going missing, stuff broken and lots of accusations flying.
Wow, a log would be amazing. And wow, this thread has been going for sooooooo long.
    Do it Mojang

Come on. This seems like a no brainer....why has this not been done ???

While I don't know the logistics of connecting said logs to a discord server or other platforms, I know that even having access to the simplest time log for players would solve so many problems on the realm that I own. Possibly having players killing entities in the logs would also be very helpful. Me and my friends were planning on splitting the realm fee among ourselves in future months, but there are so many issues with griefing and pet-killing that we have decided not to. If there was a log to show us who did what, we could deal with the problems much more efficiently.

Wonderful idea. It doesn't even have to be in-game. It could just output to a .txt file!

I completely agree with this.   I host a realm for my nephew and his friends.  Kids being kids, there's always some kind of griefing or pranking going on - stuff disappearing, bases being vandalized - or recently someone spawning the wither (twice) in the stronghold - and "nobody" did it.   Logs could help me do at least a little bit of policing.

If there were some decent server support and plugins for Bedrock, I'd consider going that route.  Since there's not (yet), realms is the best we've got.   Logs, if done well, could be extremely helpful.

Player logs would be so useful, I myself run a realm with 33 players and we are desperately trying to figure out who problem causers are. I hope this will be implemented at some point.

Amazing Idea but, it would be nice to have the chat logs as well as player spawn points

Hi, I run a Bedrock Realm for teens at my school and we really need some way to record the chat/events log. This would help us settle small disputes such as who kills named animals, when people got on, and most importantly, what people say. We need a log to be able to catch people bullying others.

The toxicity of realms kills this game!!!!!! Why Mojang charges Realm owners but gives us no way to moderate our realms is beyond me. This bug costs Mojang millions of dollars due to most of us throwing our hands up and allowing the miscreants to win. We have no way to know who is destroying our realm.

Having real issues in realms not being able to track who has done what. When very often its an overnight event. Simply knowing who had logged on in that time wouldvery often solve the case.

This would be so helpful with my server, because i have a lot of trouble with chat, people bullying other people, and its hard to punish them with no proof of this happening, a log would just be nice aswell, to broadcast a message , without it being sent from a player

So like a realm audit trail. I've been wondering if that were possible too.

Frankly its insulting to the server community that Bedrock edition doesn't provide easily accessible logs.
Mojang, please. Add. A. Log. Even just a simple .txt file like Java would be fine, but literally anything is better than your current system which is to provide nothing at all.
This idea was raised over two and a half YEARS ago and affects every single server admin who uses bedrock edition.
    Has there been any progress?

I think that logs of the chat is the most important of these. This would be helpful to prevent bullying, hate speech, and cheating.
