Add the Glowing effect to the “/effect” list

The glowing effect outlines players, letting you see them when you would not be able to, that would be a great feature in minecraft pocket edition and would be extremely helpful.

    We should focus on updating all Bedrock commands. This is one of the priorities.

    Spectral arrows were added in 1.16.0.57 beta.

    I know you can get glowing from spectral arrows which also does not exist in bedrock why don't you make Java and bedrock the same?

    We really need to update bedrock Minecraft please update bedrock addition and we need to fix the problem with spectral arrows when you use spectral arrows on a mob it does not give you the take aim achievement

    The only reasonI know that about spectral arrows is because I watch YouTubers play Minecraft on Java

    I would really like to have the effects:
    Luck
    Bad luck
    Dolphins grace
    Glowing effect

    Actually even though the dolphins grace effect doesn't show in bedrock. We get it if we get close to a dolphin. Why?

    They must add it, because they're already gets a Renderdragon render engine for Bedrock Edition. And... This render engine makes possible the spectator and glowing effect.

    This really needs adding as it'd make real cool mechanics for gamemodes on bedrock edition and does need adding for parity reasons!
