Add statistics for crawling

We should be able to track when the player is crawling. Similar to sneak_time and sneak_one_cm, there should be a stat for crawl_time and crawl_one_cm (also swim_time is missing).

This could have many uses, including giving certain effects when crawling, as of right now there is no way to detect when a player crawls.
