Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Splash Potion of Water Functionality

Similar to the idea named "Splashing Water Bottles", it adds more functionality to the Splash Water Bottle, namely for scaring cats, (I don't think creeper diffusion would be good here) but also add the functionality to extinguish yourself in the Nether.  Which makes it useful to carry around there, as water is not placeable, similar to how a cauldron can put you out at the cost of one use of the water in that cauldron.

    Water can't exist in the Nether even when splashed because it evaporates too fast.

    in Minecraft bedrock edition the splash potion of water enables the impaling enchantment to deal more damage because it's considered wet. so it would be a good use.
