Spitter: New Cave Mob

The cave update is becoming extremely popular and a couple of new mobs are in order.
Description-
Spitter would look like a Mossy Stone block with a hole in it.
Spawn-
It would spawn in this cave varient-https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360043628952-Slime-Catacombs -and would spawn flush with the cave walls.
Function-
It would attack players by launching Tier 1 Slimes at them. If contact is made, a small amount of damage is done on the contact but it will inflict Slowness, and a new effect, Permeability. Permeability would make you take damage from contact with water, and extra damage from slimes, including Tier 1.
Drops-
It would drop a Slimy Tongue which could be brewed to make a Potion of Permeability. This would be a really rare drop, but even rarer, would be a Spitter Block, which could be placed by the player, spawning a Spitter that is hostile to all mobs and players except Slimes.

*The Tier 1 Slimes spawned by the Spitter won't drop Slime Balls.

    Permeability is an effect that causes Water and Slime to damage you. I think I expressed this in the post however.
