New enchantment block: grinding pays off

If you ask me the encnchanting process and combining process to make swords/tools more powerful is a tad bit too long with a lot of un-needed grinding, I feel like there should be a block that is expensive so your grinding pays off and is at least half percent less EXP to combine weapons and enchant. I imagined that it would be place this this: 4 obsibian (two on each side), an anvil on the second row of the crafting table, an enchantment table on the bottom (to enchant items) and a nether star on top in the middle to make it expensive, if you ask me, it makes everything better with less grinding to get EXP and to take up less space than all of those in your house. It would also have the book shelves around it for the enchantment table to make nothing come for granted.
