Regular forest biome detalization.

You made the taiga biome more detailed. So now it has berries and foxes. But I think, the least detailed biome in minecraft is the most common one - regular oak / birch / mixed forest. It has nothing but trees and fallen trees.

Also i think, it is weird that apples can drop by breaking the oak leaves. I think, the apple tree should be a separate kind of tree. And apples should grow on its leaves like berries on bushes so you can take it. The apples will have different growing stages. The apple trees should grow in the forests.

Also, to make the regular forest biome more detailed, you can add some more small decorative blocks like tall grass. For example, a pile of rocks. It may be a flat texture or a bunch of cubes. It can drop a flint, or a piece of clay if you break it. But these rocks should appear everywhere, not only in the forests.

I think this is a good way to make the most common biome in minecraft more detailed and less boring. Also it will solve the problem of illogical oak leaves drop.
