Villager Vet/Animal specialist

If a vet would have to learn a profession with a Job Site Block, then, I guess I'm scratching my head on that one cause nothing is coming to mind for a totally new table.

This idea came from a post about adding pets for villagers.

I can see a new profession being added.

I felt a vet would be awesome.

If villagers gained a new mechanic to own and care for a  pet and if a villagers pet, or a players pet gets injured, they can take them to the vet.

I'm not sure what else I could add with how a vet would behave, other than using a GUI to buy a service to heal a pet. Even though, it can be done by the player through the use of feeding the pet. I feel it would still be a charming addition.

Perhaps a vet could have benefits for the pet that the player can't do on their own.

Like they could also be a trainer and could teach the pet new commands that the player can use.

    I think a vet would be a great way to give pets more abilities than just follow and stay

    Teach dogs and cats to roam around, teach dogs to run away from creepers, do tricks, etc.
