[Bedrock Parity] Field Masoned and Bordure Indented banner patterns

These two banner patterns exist on Bedrock Edition, but currently are not available on Java Edition. I request that these be ported over, with the appropriate crafting recipes.

 

They would have the following IDs:

minecraft:field_masoned_banner_pattern

minecraft:bordure_indented_banner_pattern

    While we’re at it, can we add the Java Edition patterns to Bedrock? Voted.

    Java can already use these patterns on a banner without the extra crafting step. Not really sure what the point of these are.
