End-teria (Bacteria mobs)

This mob would resemble a giant flying bacterium that spawns in the end. It would be uncommon and have high health, but be passive. This creature has no visible face and has tentacles/cilia covering its body. It is a huge mob and only spawns in the End Barrens/Floating End Islands biomes (the small floating islands in the void). This mob is black but its tentacles are purple (think of it as an Ender version of the Ghast). It can shoot Shulker bullets sometimes, which can come in handy to help players float across the void. It is bigger than a ghast and while it is hostile, it will float towards the player and give them Nausea, or a 15% chance of Poison. This mob will drop an item that can be brewed into Nausea potions, or to make Splash Potions of Nausea.

      I agree with  this but don't we already have the phantom?? But adding it would be great!

    how does it become hostile? also, in the beginning you said it was passive
