Statistics for identifying posts

Statistics for identifying posts that aren't getting a fair share of attention should be integrated with the new website. Like if one can manually identify when that is happening then the website can surely do it.

Then take those posts and manually make them come up first temporarily. 

The integrated moderator tools are the main focus. but something that summarizes numbers and anything whoever mods this would want. Maybe a plugin type thing. It wouldn't affect users directly.
