3/4 of the enderman (including his face) should be visible before he is able to be angered. (this is to avoid players night 1, pissing off an enderman who had 3 pixels of his arm sticking out behind a tree half a mile away)
To 100% avoid 'accidental passing glances' the enderman should have a warmup period, wherein for a second or two, the ender anger noise we know will slowly fade in, if the player hears this and can turn away in time, the noise will fade, and the ender will not pursue the player.
the agro range should be nerfed during the final fight with the ender dragon, possibly to what they are currently.
