(Java Parity) Quartz/Smooth Quartz Block unique textures

In Java Edition, Quartz Blocks use the side texture on all faces, and Smooth Quartz uses the bottom texture on all faces, but in Bedrock Edition, Quartz Blocks use the side texture on all faces except the bottom, and Smooth Quartz uses the side texture on all faces.

I suggest Bedrock Edition change the texture mapping of Quartz Blocks and Smooth Quartz to match Java Edition's.

    Please do it Mojang. It’s such a simple fix. I have very little coding experience and managed to fix it with a texture pack. Cmon guys.

    This seems like a bug - it'd be really nice if Bedrock/Pocket edition included the full smooth quartz texture. Mojang. Please. Builders will thank you!
