Dispensers should dispense Chorus Fruit

If a dispenser dispenses chorus fruit onto a player/mob, that player/mob will be teleported as if they ate the chorus fruit.

    I mean that's like saying you're making the player eat the fruit even though they don't want to. Sorry can't vote for it.
