(Java) Boost the Emeralds in Mining (was: Love it!)

i have not played very much of 1.14 yet but for the 1 or 2 hours i have played it has been great. the new textures are amazing, the only issue i have with it is the ice is all similar in design. the only thing i wish was changed was the availability of emeralds while mining. i will find a few occasionally but not as many as i would like and with the villagers being hugely updated it would be nice, but so far the new update has been great!

    With all the ways to get emeralds above ground, there is no point to mining emeralds. Emeralds need to be made more common underground, and emeralds need to be harder to obtain above ground in loot chests.
