(Java Parity) Barrel crafting recipe

The crafting recipe for the barrel is different on Bedrock for some reason which I don't think should be the case. Crafting recipes should be the same on both platforms, and the current crafting recipe for the barrel on Java makes more sense than the one on Bedrock.

Update: Java changed the composter crafting recipe to match Bedrock in 19w45a, so I have removed the composter part from the post.

    The Java Barrel Recipe is GARBAGE!!!

    This was so much better with the Bedrock recipe using sticks, due to extra slabs being left over when building a composter. Sticks are commonly used to make tools, and by using the barrel recipe on Java, this separates it by use of one piece of wood from a chest. Sticks can be created from bamboo, which is why this recipe was so handy before bamboo got it's own block and can easily be created earlier in game. I was very disappointed when I had been playing hard mode and had been unaware of this recent change, resulting in me using my remaining wood to create additional sticks, which had used the remainder of my available wood at night time. PLEASE REVERSE PARITY.
