Make Mending books craftable

Put Mending books in the enchantment table's options. Then I won't have to worry about how you completely destroyed my village trading posts with your ill-conceived update to where all my villagers are now brown cloaked idiots you can't interact with.

    You have to give the villagers a workstation and a bed to trade with them.
