Diamond Dimension

There should be a diamond dimension where everything is made of diamond or or diamond blocks, even diamond animals! There shouldn't be any monsters, and the portal to get there should be built like a Nether Portal, but made of diamond blocks, no cutting corner, and two blocks thick. In addition, to light it, you need to light a fire, throw a diamond block in, and place water in one of the top corners.
