We should have a command that can mute players. The argument would be "/mute [target] (self/all) (true/false)" *Self* determines if that player can chat. It is optional, and is the default if not used. *All* will prevent that player from seeing other people's messages, It overrides the mute chat setting, so they still won't see anything if the chat on their side is visible. True/false is also optional. Just using the command will toggle between the two.
