[Android] Add adaptive icon support

Android 8 and higher has a feature called "adaptive icons." This ensures that all icons on a phone are uniform in shape and size, similar to how they appear on iOS. This is very simple to implement, only requiring a few image assets and a few lines of XML. Please add support for adaptive icons to Minecraft on Android. https://developer.android.com/guide/practices/ui_guidelines/icon_design_adaptive

    They could probably use an image of a dirt block as the background and the Minecraft logo as the foreground since in order to make an adaptive icon you have to have a background and a foreground so they technically only need to do the coding work for it
