Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Glowing Glazed Terracotta

Glazed Terracotta is by far one of the greatest blocks to have ever been added into Minecraft without a doubt. I however want to see just a little bit more of what we can do with the Glazed Terracotta so I came up with this: Glazed Terracotta that glows! The recipe to craft these would be simple. Put 1 Glazed Terracotta in the middle and surround it with 4 Glowstone.

 

Designwise: The entire block will be giving off a gentle glow but the actual pattern on the block will be brighter. I could just imagine the build possibilities with this new feature. I wish I could show you what it would look like but I don’t know how to do that so hopefully this is enough.

    Ok, so I completely agree with you on that but I would say that instead of surrounding the glazed terracotta with 4 glowstone, surround the glazed terracotta with 8 glowstone dust.

    The reason why I said 4 instead of 8 is because we are mostly getting the glowing effect from the patterns but I think that could change to 8 instead. Thank you. :)
