(Java Parity) Colored beacon additions

In the java edition of Minecraft, beacon colors can be changed by adding multiple different colors of stained glass, while bedrock beacon colors can be changed they cannot be put though multiple stained glass blocks or panes and provide a mixed color and hopefully one day this will come to MCPE.

I think it may possibly be due to the limitations of C++, but this would still be great.

It was added in beta 1.15.0.51, but they didn't mention it in the changelog.
