Something that always irked me is that baby mobs are exactly the same as their parents but are just smaller, and baby neutral and hostile mobs are superior to the adult version in every way (faster and smaller hitbox at no drawback). As such, baby mobs should have both strengths and weaknesses to make them less obnoxious (I'm looking at you Baby Zombies) while still retaining their unique small hitbox and superior speed. As such, all babies (passive, neutral, hostile) should be faster than their parents (they already have a smaller hitbox) but have 3/4 the health of the adult and 3/4 of the attack damage of the adult variant. This makes sense as babies are going to be less powerful and tanky than an adult, and removes a lot of the annoying properties of baby hostile mobs while still letting them keep their unique traits. Also, it just makes sense that baby mobs take less and deal less damage.
