Leveling Up

The idea I have is that everything could be leveled up. For example a Mining Level, which would be kinda like haste but could give you more bonuses not just speed for example more drops etc. The exp that you would get would be depended on the blocks you break , like wood would give you 1 exp, stone 5 exp, etc... I believe that there could be many Level-Categories like Fighting, Jumping(or Acrobatics), Brewing, Fishing, etc..., apart from just enchanting and potions.

I think it would be a really cool adition, since it would scale with your play-time and not just simply killing mobs or getting exp from ores.

    Unfortunately, this is already in mods, and therefore they probably won´t put it into the main game: New characters on a server would not be able to compete with old characters this way. But for singleplayer, I agree, it would be fun seeing these bars raising. It would require an additional character page where everything is listed.
