Scabbard Slot

A Slot that works like the Offhand Slot: You press a button and immediately get whatever is in it.

Also, what's in it will hang by your character's waist/back.

It could be useful both Cosmetically and from a Gameplay perspective

    Great if you need more than one weapon  but how would you craft it ? # knights of minecraft

    Maybe it could be like elytra and capes it will change texture if you have a cape or you can just dye it

    He's talking about an inventory slot, not a scabbard item.

    it could be an item placed in the waist armor slot that could hold any tool/weapon so when you attack you immediately draw said tool/weapon. It doesn't HAVE to be craftable, but it would probably be crafted using leather & rabbit hide.
