Lock Hopper Top Input Against Any Hoppers Above

I think for the pocket edition especially the idea of when you power a hopper attached below another hopper that no items can go into the hopper below. Why do I want this? I want this because it doesn't make sense that when you lock a hopper it can still take blocks in through another hopper. To see this for yourself set up an experiment like this. Have 1 hopper on the ground and power it. Then drop an item out of your inventory over it. You will see that the item isn't absorbed. Then to the side place down 1 hopper then another on top of that one. Power the bottom hopper (don't power the top one). Then drop an item over the top hopper. You will find that the item still manages to get into the LOCKED hopper. I please hope that someone reads this.

    This isn't necessary, as you can angle the top hopper to the side to achieve the effect you want. This is because unlocked hoppers will try to "feed" into the inventory they are pointing to and will try to take from the inventory that is above them.

    This already works in java edition, don't know in bedrock
