Frame Limiter

The in game frame rate limiter only allows frame rates in increments of 10. This does not allow for 75 or 144hz monitors to run at there frame rate without using V sync which causes input lag. This can be done in by modifying the config file but having the option in the game menu would be very helpful.

    I guess this is about Java Edition. I guess this might fix my issue where when my computer lags, the game leaves ticks, behind leaving unexpected events or not enough time to react.
