Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Banner Wearing (Similar to Illager Captain)

This is just a small fun little addition to the game, you can now wear banners by placing them in your head slot. It does not provide protection or any bonuses except looking different. This idea came from the Illager Captain wearing a banner. It would look just like that except with the banner of your choice. And if perhaps anyone wanted to add functionality to it, maybe the Illager Captain would specifically seek out whoever is wearing a banner, or maybe would be neutral to a player wearing an Illager Banner as a small little Easter Egg. Also, not completely sure where this post should go...

    I have made a similar suggestion on the minecraft forum! 

    This would be amazing. It could be held by having it in the OFF hand? or helmet slow!

    zombies can pick up banners and put it on like armor why cant players? (they wear it as a chestplate for some reason though)

    Maybe it could be its own slot
    I feel like a lot of players won't use it instead of armor otherwise (like dyed leather)

    I would design my own banner and then wear it everywhere! This NEEDS to be added to the game.
