Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Plasma

Adding Plasma may allow people to make Weapons, like Lightsabers (From Star Wars), Energy Shields, Energy Swords (From Halo)

    I have an idea on how to implement plasma without a huge tech update: 

    You throw a nether quartz item into fire and the fire absorbs into the nether quartz, which transforms it into orange plasma. The plasma could not be carried with bare hands, otherwise you'd get the wither effect. It must only be transported in a minecart. To craft with it, you put it in an oven as fuel and then add your iron tool of choice. The charge is transferred into the iron and you get an energy tool. This can also be done with shields but should not be done with iron armor. That would be a fatal mistake. It would lose durability while you, the player with the armor on, get killed by wither effect level 2. 

    Now, energy tools would be faster than their iron counterparts and have the same strength (except the pickaxe that can mine diamond level), but it would have less durability. The durability can be recharged in a furnace as long as the item isn't fully used up.

    This is all copyrightable stuff, they cannot do this if they wanted to, plus IRL Plasma can only last a fraction of a second they the plasma would disappear.

    The Lightsaber should allow the force when in the inventory and the energy sword should deal at least 400 damage Force reason: in STAR WARS Jedis have the force. and lightsavers should be able to have any color and there should also be a mob called the Dark Jedi wich Would have a red lightsaber and attack players and anything that is always peaceful
