I think that it would be amazing to see who volunteers within the MInecraft platforms. There are lots of volunteers within Minecraft, such as volunteer moderators for Discord, the livestreams, and even the community Realms as well as Jira. These players can go un-noticed though, even though they each play their own important role within the Minecraft community.
Why?
To help them stand out, and as an award for their contribution to the game, I feel that a cape will help them become recognised as a volunteer within the Minecraft franchise. Volunteers put their time into helping with the Minecraft team, to assist with moderation, so that the community has a safe and friendly platform both in social media, communication, as well as gameplay within the Community Realms.
The cape would be designed by the volunteer team, allowing a possible creativity contest within the team of volunteers and Minecraft staff, and the winning design would be the featured design for the volunteer cape.
There are already capes from Minecon, Realms Contributors, and more, so why leave the volunteers out? They do a massive amount of contribution to keep you all safe.
