(Java Parity) More accurate block hitboxes

Java has accurate block hitboxes. Bedrock does not. This should be corrected.

It would be nice if the block outlines on Bedrock could also become partially transparent and anti-aliased.

It’s seems crazy that this isn’t a thing yet even with new features they aren’t the same. Redstone could also use the hit box change java got a few years ago.
