Fishing: Lunar Based Loot

The Enchanted Books available from fishing should change based on the lunar cycle

Currently, AFK fishing is considered to be one of the easiest ways to bypass the enchantment mechanic. This is because, at any point, a simple machine can be built that can provide a limitless amount of Enchanted Books, including Mending books. For some, this makes the fishing mechanic a full replacement for the enchantment mechanic. However, if the enchantments available on books was limited or cycled, it would discourage endless AFK fishing, without totally nerfing fishing as a means to get Mending books.

Since most players are aware of the effect the moon has on tides and in real life (and since the lunar cycle is already used as a slime spawning frequency variable in swamps), it makes sense that the phases of the moon would have an effect on the loot available from fishing.
