Upgraded Brewing Stand

With the addition of Blast furnaces and Smokers, I feel like maybe the brewing stand should get an upgrade as well. The brewing stand we have now takes a relatively long amount of time to brew up potions, and to get these things faster would definitely be big for people like me who basically rely on potions to do anything. Also, because of the new villager system, this new brewing stand could also serve as a workplace station for maybe a new career of villager, maybe a witch doctor that can trade otherwise rare potions/ingredients like dragons breath, potions of luck, blindness, decay, Resistance and maybe some even more advanced potions, ex) speed III.
