Alternative Block/Entity Textures

Seeing as the 1.13 update gave a revamp to minecraft's textures, this might be a convenient time to implement this feature. Something like Vader's Alternative Block Pack could be implemented in it's own way. Alternatively, randomized textures for mobs could be implemented similarly to how there are different parrot or fish variants. (different colored chickens, cows, pigs, zombies etc.) This is a rather harmless feature that I think a lot of fans of the game would approve of.
