Accessible Features (Color blind, Accessibility Controller)

Make minecraft more accessible.

By that I mean add some features such as:

1. Colour blind mode

2.Support Xbox accessibility controller

3.I cant think of any more

    I really like this idea my best friend finds it hard to play a lot of this game because of the lack of this he is color blind

    As a colorblind person, I would like to have colorblind mode.
