We need a permanence enchantment

Permanence would be an armor enchantment that makes potions last as long as the armor has durability. It should only be available for diamond armor.

    Don't make it only for diamond armor, but make it a legendary enchantment like mending. Also, the potion effects can be washed off in cauldrons, if you get hit with poison or something.
