I think that it is time that there should be a new dimension added. it would be similar to the over-world, except with more danger added in some way, such as phantoms being able to spawn despite not being able to sleep like in the end or nether. this would not be the only thing, but I don't know of anything else to propose. Also I think that it would be interesting if end portals naturally spawned in this new dimension in addition to the ability to make nether portals. The scaling ratio would be the opposite to the nether, so every one block in the over world would equal eight or something blocks in the other dimension. it could also be always night. also there could be larger mobs considering that everything else would be scaled up, but larger mobs might be easier to combat than smaller mobs(as seen with the baby zombie) so maybe not.
one incentive for going to this world is that veins of ores would be spread farther apart but also would have higher yields because of the increased size of the veins. this is only one example which might be too gamebreakinig to have added, so maybe it would not be a good thing to add, and everything else in this idea would require further development, but that is the extent of my suggestions. perhaps there would be access to another form of magic since the nether gives the player access to potions...
