Minecraft Should Have a Tick Tock Update Cycle

So that Minecraft is homogenous across all platforms I think that every major (tick) update should be followed by a parity, or tock update.

    Please elaborate what a tock update would do, why it should be seperate from a tick update, and why you want it. Also, you might want to move this to the Gameplay category as this section is for already-implemented features.
