Missing biomes: Rocky plains biome

This is an idea for a new biome to kinda fill in the gaps where some biomes from real life or variations of biomes may be missing. My suggestion for the new plains variation is the rocky plains biome. It would look similar to the plains biome but a-lot more rockier and less water holes???
