Animator Game Mode

Here goes an idea I think will go for many Minecraft content creators.A new creater game mode with would contain an animator for film makers on YouTube and a replay mode which would make a huge compact on time lapse.It should allow up to 18 users not including the host.The host should be able to time out users,kick users,ban users,and control all weather.
