The Berserker Tunic/ Polar Bear Pelt

This is to pair with my other suggestion, Manhunter Polar Bear;

Why add this?

Polar bears are currently regarded as useless, any many people are not wrong, but in my opinion, drops, are what can make or break a mob. 

Polar Bear Pelt:

The Polar Bear Pelt will be a rare item that is obtained by killing a variant of the polar bear. It can be crafted into eight pieces of leather. But the more useful thing it can be crafted into is the Berserker Tunic. The Berserker Tunic is crafted with eight Polar Bear Pelts in a chest plate form. 

Berserker Tunic:

I currently have two ideas in mind, my original idea is Option 1 the other on is Option 2.

Option 1: The Berserker Tunic gives you the same armor points as a leather tunic. It will also give you one extra heart, as well as strength I.

Option 2: Berserker Tunic could give you the ability to have a much lower cooldown period, (for all those 1.8 fans) as well as having only leather armor points. 

Either of these options may satisfy, however, the latter will be what will really make this a beloved item.
