Re-add Gravel Beaches

This would re-add a beach variation where beaches could have a chance to be made of gravel instead of sand. Otherwise they'd be the same as normal beaches.

    I think each biome should have it's own beach, & here in the super foresty Pacific Northwest, we have stony gravely grey beaches, so gravel beaches for one type of forest biome would work.
