Java Version Flight in Windows 10 Edition

When in creative mode in Windows 10 edition, if you are in flight and come to a sudden stop, it stops immediately which is very jarring coming from java edition. It makes the movement feel constricted, and almost makes me motion sick. I'd like the ability to turn the flight drift on and off in the settings.
