Wither Point Arrow

I have seen how much destruction a Wither can cause. Imagine you could shoot an arrow that wields the same power as a Wither when it shoots at things and causes explosions. The arrow could be called Wither Point or something. I would like to hear your ideas on what to call the arrow! I would say the recipe to make a Wither Point would be a nether star, a stick, and some feathers. And this recipe could make like 10 arrows. I hope you will think about it!
