Pillager Clans

Imagine: Several Pillager clans making alliances and even going to war with each other sometimes. Maybe even Pillager headquarters for the different clans!

    I personally think this is too complex for Minecraft, and too hard to add for the amount of gameplay value this adds.
    It's a great idea, and I would love for there to be a kind of country/tribe aspect in Minecraft between mobs, but I think this is too much, and the player would rarely see it or use it in game.

    and the pillager clans have on their shoulder a sign in different coulours, to see wich clan he is.
