Magical water in the desert wells!

The desert wells were always a simple structure that is generated in the deserts without any function, but because I could not have something more interesting? I have been thinking that the water in the well should be "magical" and that when swimming between the water in the well it will give you an effect of regeneration and absorption or maybe a new effect! You could take it with a bucket but when placing the water on the ground it will become normal water, the only way to conserve the water would be placing it in a cauldron, you could get water from the cauldron with a glass bottle and that by drinking the water you of the same positive effect as when swimming in it. It is balanced since the desert wells do not have a very common generation and it would be more exciting to go to the deserts to look for the valuable magic water
