Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Fuse Block

I think that a fuse would be a great addition to minecraft. To craft fuse you need Gunpowder and Coal/Charcoal in a crafting menu. The fuse will act like redstone, in the way that a signal runs through it and how it connects with other redstone. The fuse will travel from fuse to fuse every second. A fuse can be lit by a flint and steal for any heat source. If a fuse travels straight into a block like TNT it will light the block on fire. A fuse can also be placed on netherrack so when the fuse runs over it, it will light the top of the netherrack on fire. if a fuse of placed on magma block the fuse will randomly light on fire and start the fuse to go off. In the next 1.14 update if the fuse runs into a unlit campfire block, it will light the campfire on fire. And finally a fuse can run into any block that needs fire to start its ignition and start a reaction with that block.

    Came here to make the same suggestion! I think the recipe should be one gunpowder and 3 string for 4 fuses, however. I also think it should work more like a rail, where it only connects to 2 other fuses. Perhaps more gunpowder in recipe = less wait time?
